Celebrity bishop TD Jakes has seen his reputation ripped to shreds thanks to his close relationship with music mogul Diddy.
On Monday, December 18, a video produced by an anonymous person, Tuff News TV, implied that TD Jakes had been engaging in same-gender relationships and inappropriate sexual conduct with a minor at various events hosted by Diddy.
Another video posted by TikTok user @jusnene fuelled the fire, detailing the allegations. Matters were further complicated when TD Jake’s sexual orientation was brought into dispute, introducing the term “power bottom”, which stayed on social media trends for over a week.
Despite these accusations, Bishop TD Jakes’s wife is firmly in his corner.
The lady preacher shared a ‘telling’ Instagram post, captioning it, “What if I told you that our challenges are part of God’s plan to strengthen us?”
She also quoted her husband, sharing a message from one of his sermons.
“@BishopJakes proclaimed 2024 as the year of ‘cleansing your palate.’ This means we’re upsetting the devil by speaking prosperity into the areas where we lack confidence.
“Because no matter what we face, we know our victory is already in place through God’s strength. I am in awe of Sunday’s service and I still trust God for a complete healing! I pray you’re believing He will do the same in your life.”
