Tokyo Toni has ignited a firestorm of controversy with her recent comments defending Sean “Diddy” Combs amid sexual assault allegations.

In a series of social media posts, Toni has claimed that Diddy was “set up” and that his alleged victims “shouldn’t have been there” in the first place.

On September 16, Sean “Diddy” Combs is arrested in Manhattan after being indicted by a grand jury. A federal court unsealed charges against Diddy for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution, alleging that he “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

Diddy’s tumbling down started when Cassie Ventura filed a suit against him in November 2023, alleging he raped her in 2018 and subjected her to a years-long abusive relationship that included physical abuse and his assertion of “complete control” over her personal and professional life.

That same month, an anonymous plaintiff accused the music executive and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of raping her and a friend in 1990 or 1991 after meeting at an MCA Records event in New York. Another woman, Joie Dickerson-Neal, also claimed Diddy drugged her, sexually assaulted her, and secretly recorded the assault while she was a college student in 1991.

Since then, six different women have brought up six allegations against the “Bad Boys” executive.

Although many people, including political figures and celebrities, have condemned Diddy for the acts leveled against him, Toky Toni, Blac Chyna’s mother, thinks differently.

Toni claimed that the music mogul was set up and blamed his accusers for their involvement in the incidents.

In her latest video, Tokyo Toni boldly proclaimed, “Free Puffy. You should free Puffy. We know what’s happening. The real ones. Yeah. Free Puffy. Get them on out of here. Why is everybody mad at Puff?” She suggested that many in the entertainment industry are aware of Diddy’s behavior, hinting at a longstanding cover-up.

“Every celebrity in the world, in the United States, point a finger to the man that they know been did this 5, 10, 15 years ago. What a setup,” she said, referring to the accusations against Diddy that have resurfaced in recent years.

The social media personality took things further by placing blame on the alleged victims of sexual assault, stating, “Any girl that got R’ed, you shouldn’t have been there.” In a shocking and victim-blaming stance, she questioned the credibility of the claims, adding, “Talking about, ‘Puffy raped me.’ So, nobody saw you lean in or voluntarily walk? They just grabbed you?”

The rant didn’t stop there, as Tokyo Toni also mentioned R. Kelly, who is currently serving prison time after being convicted of multiple charges related to sexual abuse. “Same with R-Kelly,” she added, implying that both Diddy and Kelly are being unfairly targeted by their accusers.

Blac Chyna’s mother’s remarks have drawn sharp criticism from many who see them as victim-blaming and insensitive to the experiences of survivors of sexual assault. Her comparison of the allegations against Diddy to those against R. Kelly has also been met with widespread condemnation.

As her comments continue to circulate online, it’s clear that the conversation surrounding Diddy is far from over.
