Rumors about a secret wedding between Zendaya and Tom Holland gained fresh momentum this week after the actress’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, suggested the couple had already tied the knot. Now, Zendaya’s mother, Claire Stoermer, has weighed in, adding another layer to the ongoing speculation surrounding the Hollywood pair.

The conversation began during a red-carpet interview at the Actor Awards on March 1. While speaking with Access Hollywood, Roach was asked about the couple’s wedding plans. His response immediately caught attention. “You missed it,” he said bluntly, implying that Zendaya and Holland had already gotten married. When the reporter asked for confirmation, Roach doubled down, responding, “It’s very true.”

The comment quickly spread online, fueling speculation among fans who have closely followed the couple’s relationship over the past few years. Shortly after the interview circulated on social media, Zendaya’s mother appeared to react to the claim. According to Entertainment Weekly, Claire Stoermer reposted a clip of Roach’s remarks to her Instagram Story with a brief caption: “The laugh….” The post was later deleted.

Zendaya, known for roles in projects such as Challengers, is the daughter of Stoermer and Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, both of whom worked as school teachers in the actress’s hometown of Oakland, California. The family has generally maintained a private approach to personal matters. In 2016, Zendaya addressed reports about her parents’ divorce after Stoermer filed to end their marriage. At the time, the actress clarified the situation on X, sharing a family photo and explaining that her parents had been separated for some time but remained on good terms.

The latest buzz around Zendaya and Holland comes after months of speculation about their relationship status. Earlier this year, Zendaya sparked fresh wedding rumors in February when she was photographed in Los Angeles wearing a simple gold band on her ring finger rather than the five-carat engagement ring Holland had previously given her. Neither actor publicly addressed the speculation at the time.

Questions about a possible engagement began circulating even earlier. At the Golden Globes the previous year, Zendaya appeared wearing a diamond ring on her left hand, prompting immediate discussion online. Later in 2025, Holland appeared to acknowledge the engagement during a public exchange with a reporter. When the journalist referred to Zendaya as his girlfriend, Holland smiled and corrected the remark, clarifying that she was his “fiancée.”

Despite the ongoing conversation surrounding their relationship, neither Zendaya nor Tom Holland has publicly confirmed whether a wedding has already taken place. For now, Roach’s red-carpet comment and Stoermer’s brief social media reaction have only added to the intrigue surrounding one of Hollywood’s most closely watched couples.
