Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have reportedly reached a divorce settlement, bringing an end to months of legal disputes following the breakdown of their 11-year marriage.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple informed the court that they had finalized an agreement that resolves key issues, including child support and a parenting plan for their two children.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kandi Burruss, 49, and Todd Tucker, 52, notified the court on Wednesday, March 11, that they had reached a full and final settlement in their divorce case. The court has asked the former spouses to submit the official settlement paperwork by next week. The filing is expected to include detailed arrangements regarding child support as well as a structured co-parenting plan.

News of the settlement comes several months after the Bravo personalities confirmed they had separated. In November 2025, reports surfaced that the couple had decided to end their marriage after more than a decade together.

At the time, Kandi addressed the decision publicly in a statement, describing the divorce as a deeply personal and emotional process. She said she had made the choice after considerable reflection and prayer and emphasized that her focus would remain on maintaining peace in her life while prioritizing her family.

“This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” Kandi said when the separation became public. She also shared that she was preparing to move forward into a new chapter centered on her work, family and personal growth.

In the months that followed the announcement, Kandi and Todd were reportedly at odds over issues related to child custody and finances as they navigated the legal process of ending their marriage. Despite the tension surrounding the divorce proceedings, the two parents made an effort to maintain a sense of unity when it came to their children.

Kandi and Todd share two children together, son Ace, 10, and daughter Blaze, 6. Throughout the divorce process, Burruss made clear that co-parenting remained a top priority for both of them.

During a December 2025 episode of her Amazon Live broadcast, Kandi revealed that the family planned to spend the holidays together despite the ongoing divorce. She explained that the decision was made with their children in mind.

“Y’all already know I’m going through a divorce, but we have decided that we are still going to do Christmas together,” she said during the broadcast. Kandi noted that the family intended to celebrate the holiday in New York so their children could continue experiencing important family traditions.

Following the holiday season, Kandi again spoke about her goal of maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship with Todd regardless of the outcome of their marriage.

Kandi first joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2009 during the show’s second season. At the time, she appeared on the series as a single mother to her daughter Riley, now 23, whom she shares with her former partner Russell “Block” Spencer.

Her relationship with Todd developed during her time on the Bravo franchise, eventually leading to their marriage and the family they built together.
