According to documents obtained by People, a judge has prohibited Halle Bailey and her ex, rapper and YouTuber DDG, from posting any photos, videos, or details about their 19-month-old son online. The judge made it clear that protecting Halo’s privacy is paramount, meaning neither Halle nor DDG can post about him or allow others to do so.

However, this decision follows a series of contentious court proceedings between Bailey and DDG. The court has also updated the visitation guidelines, allowing DDG to have professionally supervised visits with Halo every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus alternating Sundays. A professional monitor will be present during these visits to ensure everything runs smoothly and to prevent any information or images from appearing online.
This ruling comes after a tumultuous period of legal disputes between the couple. Earlier this summer, DDG sought an emergency hearing to prevent Halle from taking Halo abroad, particularly on a planned trip to Italy. He also attempted to secure a restraining order, alleging that Halle posed an emotional threat to their son, but this request was denied.
On the other hand, Halle has accused DDG of abuse and was granted a temporary restraining order in May, in which she detailed several incidents, including verbal abuse and times when DDG allegedly used his platform to spread negativity about her to his large fan base. She expressed that his actions often led to her receiving online threats and hate messages.
The restraining order mandates that DDG remain at least 100 yards away from both Halle and Halo, highlighting the significant strain in their co-parenting relationship.
