Reality TV star and rapper Chrisean Rock is reportedly facing a potential eight-year prison sentence on drug-related charges.

The news has sent shockwaves through her fan base, with many expressing concern for the safety of her young son, Chrisean Jr., especially since his father, rapper Blueface, is also currently imprisoned.

The new mother was arrested in June after entering a San Fernando Valley courtroom to support Blueface, who is also in jail. She had a warrant for alleged assault with a deadly weapon and was eventually sentenced to 30 days in a California jail.

The warrant is thought to come from an altercation with James Wright Chanel at a Tamar Braxton concert last year, though this still needs to be verified.
Chanel filed charges in February, alleging Rock punched him in the face.

After serving her 30-day jail sentence, Rock was extradited to Oklahoma to face charges of “possession of marijuana with intent to distribute” and “possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

According to arrest documents, Chrisean Rock is currently being held at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Centre in Vinita, Oklahoma.

The 24-year-old reality star has been charged with failing to have a tax stamp affixed to control dangerous substances (CDS) and possessing CDS with intent to distribute.

Each charge could result in a four-year sentence, potentially totaling eight years.

Under Oklahoma law, CDS is classified as a controlled substance alongside narcotics, amphetamines, and other opiates. According to lawfirmofoklahoma.com, possessing marijuana or CDS with the intent to distribute is a felony punishable by at least two years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

Meanwhile, Blueface is serving a seven-month jail sentence for violating probation on a 2021 assault charge. The couple’s tumultuous relationship has been a hot topic on social media, with fans expressing concern for their young son’s well-being amid their legal troubles.

As the gravity of the situation becomes clear, the possibility of both parents being confined has prompted concerns about their son, Chrisean Jr.’s, future care.
