Megan Thee Stallion invested thousands of dollars in therapy while dealing with the purported smear campaign initiated by blogger Milagro Gramz.
The Grammy-winning rapper has faced more than many people do in a lifetime, and her emotional, mental, and financial journey became painfully clear in court recently.
On Tuesday, her former manager, Travis Farris, known as T-Farris, testified in the defamation trial against blogger Milagro Gramz. His testimony revealed the severe impact of online rumors and deepfake videos, particularly on a Black woman like Megan, who is always under public scrutiny.
Farris described how Megan was visibly distressed after Milagro allegedly circulated an explicit deepfake porn video of her. She came to him emotionally shaken and unsure how to deal with such a violation.

This trauma compelled Megan to seek therapy immediately. However, it was far from just weekly sessions; Farris revealed that she entered an intensive four-week treatment program that cost an astonishing $240,000!

This wasn’t Megan’s first emotional hurdle. Farris recounted rushing to her after the 2020 shooting incident involving Tory Lanez, where he received a text and hurried to the hospital. That incident significantly altered Megan’s life and added to her ongoing trauma.
She has since been diagnosed with PTSD, linked to several traumatic events, including the shooting and the deaths of her mother and grandmother. Dr. Lenore Walker, a specialist who diagnosed her, is expected to provide testimony later in the trial.
The proceedings took an unexpected turn when Megan’s legal team suggested that Milagro Gramz might not have been acting alone. They implied that she could have received information from Tory Lanez’s camp, hinting at a potential romantic connection between Milagro and Lanez’s father, Sonstar Peterson.
Farris referred to evidence such as text messages and even indications of instructions Sonstar sent to Milagro about accessing his gated community. This unexpected twist added another layer to an already complicated case.
Throughout this turmoil, Megan has shown resilience, appearing in court in her usual sharp outfits.
