In a harrowing act of violence, a 28-year-old woman and her 2-year-old daughter were brutally stabbed to death, allegedly at the hands of a close relative, early morning, Friday, Nov. 29, 2024.
Police arrested 29-year-old Kendrick Rayvon Fisher, the victims’ brother and uncle, at the scene of the crime in a blood-soaked apartment.
A Grisly Discovery
Officers arrived at the apartment around 2:45 a.m. after the victims’ family flagged them down, claiming Fisher was holding his sister against her will.
Upon forcing entry, authorities were met with a horrifying scene: the lifeless bodies of the mother and child and Fisher asleep on a blood-soaked couch, covered in blood.
Fisher, who showed signs of injuries consistent with a physical altercation, was immediately taken into custody. He now faces charges of capital murder and is being held on a $200,000 bond.
