Fans of Nicki Minaj are on edge after recent court documents suggest that her stunning $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills could be embroiled in a legal battle, all stemming from issues related to her husband, Kenneth Petty.

This month, new filings in Los Angeles revealed that Nicki’s extravagant 11-bedroom residence might be seized to satisfy a $503,000 judgment owed to Thomas Weidenmüller, a German security guard who alleges that Petty assaulted him back in 2019. The alleged incident occurred backstage at one of Nicki’s concerts in Germany, where Petty is said to have punched Weidenmüller, resulting in a broken jaw and requiring eight reconstructive surgeries.

The court awarded Weidenmüller over half a million dollars in damages after both Nicki and Kenneth failed to respond to the lawsuit. However, according to Weidenmüller’s attorneys, they have yet to receive the payment. They are now requesting that a judge authorize the sale of Nicki’s home to cover the outstanding debt.

Let’s be clear, this isn’t just any house. Nicki Minaj’s Hidden Hills mansion is a luxurious estate featuring breathtaking views, marble floors, and a closet spacious enough to host a small concert. Purchased in 2022, it reportedly has about $6 million in equity after factoring in the mortgage and exemptions. While that amount could easily cover the judgment, the push to sell seems more like a show of legal force than an actual threat.

After all, Nicki Minaj is not struggling financially. With an estimated net worth between $150 million and $190 million, the “Super Freaky Girl” rapper could effortlessly pay off that debt. Experts in celebrity real estate note that forced sales of property like this are rare when the individual in question has the financial capacity to resolve the matter privately.

Nonetheless, the news has sent fans into a frenzy. One fan tweeted, “Not the Queen’s Castle!” while another remarked, “They’re really trying to stress out Nicki over $500K? That’s lunch money for her!”

While the narrative sounds like something from a courtroom drama, insiders believe Nicki is far from losing her mansion. At most, this situation reflects some ongoing legal tensions and stubborn negotiations behind the scenes.

So far, neither Nicki nor Kenneth has publicly addressed the case. However, if Nicki chooses to respond, you can bet it will be with flair, precision, and perhaps a touch of shade.
