Megan Thee Stallion is taking legal action against blogger Milagro Cooper, known as Milagro Gramz, claiming that she has been the target of a sustained attack aimed at undermining her reputation.

The Grammy-winning artist, whose real name is Megan Pete, entered a federal courthouse in Miami on Thursday, exuding strength despite the challenges she faced getting there.

For the first time, Megan opened up about the deep emotional scars left by this campaign. During her testimony, she reflected on the trauma she experienced after Tory Lanez was found guilty of shooting her in 2020. She explained how Milagro cooperated with others to stoke a social media frenzy that painted her as dishonest and mentally unstable, all while she was trying to recover from the physical and emotional aftermath of the shooting.

“She’s created a space for a lot of people to come speak negatively about me,” Megan said in court, detailing how the blogger perpetuated false narratives and ridiculed her suffering to undermine her credibility. The jurors saw X-ray images of the bullet fragments still in her feet, serving as a stark reminder of her ordeal. However, it was her poignant recollection of the aftermath, which included relentless online abuse, mockery, and pervasive skepticism, that resonated deeply in the courtroom.

In one particularly emotional moment, Megan revealed that the constant attacks drove her to a dark place where she felt invisible and unprotected. “There was a time that I genuinely didn’t care if I lived or died,” she confessed through tears. “I felt like no way I mattered. No way I should even be living. I don’t want to be here. I’m tired of waking up.”

Despite these trials, Megan emphasized that she would not let the negativity break her spirit. “I’m not going to kill myself because I’m not going to give them what they’re looking for,” she declared with conviction.

Megan Thee Stallion expressed her hope that by sharing her experience, she can encourage other women to find the courage to tell their own stories.
